## Sound Familiar?

These are the exact issues full-spectrum infrared sauna was built to flip — in one relaxing session.

### Toxin Overload & Brain Fog

Daily exposure to environmental toxins, processed food, and stress builds up faster than your body can flush — leaving you sluggish, puffy, and foggy.

### Stress, Tension & Tight Muscles

Tight shoulders, knotted backs, racing thoughts. Your nervous system is stuck in 'on' mode and needs a deep, restorative reset.

### Slow Recovery & Dull Skin

Workouts take longer to bounce back from, sleep isn't restorative, and your skin lost the glow it used to have without trying.

## 30–45 Minutes. A Whole-Body Detox & Recharge.

Full-spectrum infrared light heats your body from the inside out — penetrating up to 1.5 inches deep to trigger detox, repair, and deep relaxation.

Full-Spectrum · Low-EMF Sauna

1

### Deep Tissue Heating

Near, mid, and far infrared waves pass through air and heat your body directly — reaching muscles, joints, and fat tissue at comfortable 120–140°F instead of suffocating dry heat.

2

### Sweat & Circulation Surge

Your core temperature rises, heart rate elevates like a brisk walk, and you sweat out heavy metals, toxins, and metabolic waste while circulation floods every tissue with oxygen.

3

### Repair, Glow & Calm

You step out flushed, clear-headed, and deeply relaxed. Skin looks brighter, muscles feel looser, and sleep that night is dramatically better — the calming nervous-system reset most people are starving for.

Private suite · Low-EMF certified cabin · Towels, water, and chromotherapy lighting included.

## One Sauna. Six Reasons Helotes Sweats In.

Whatever you walk in for, you walk out lighter, clearer, and more recovered.

### Deep Detox

Sweat out heavy metals, BPA, and environmental toxins through the deepest skin-level detox your body can do.

### Recovery & Pain Relief

Loosen tight muscles, calm joint pain, and bounce back faster from training, injury, or daily desk-life tension.

### Calorie Burn & Metabolism

Burn up to 400–600 calories per session through cardiovascular and thermal load — without the impact.

### Glowing, Clearer Skin

Boost collagen, clear pores, and improve tone and texture with consistent infrared exposure.

### Deeper Sleep & Calm

Lower cortisol, regulate your nervous system, and unlock the most restorative sleep you've had in months.

### Mood & Mental Clarity

Heat shock proteins and endorphin release leave you sharper, lighter, and noticeably less anxious for hours after.

## Stack It With Your Routine

Most members see the biggest results doing 3–4 sessions per week, 30–45 minutes each. Here's how regulars use it:

Morning

### Energize & Clear

Start the day with a 30-minute sweat to flush stagnation, fire up circulation, and clear brain fog before your first meeting.

Post-Workout

### Loosen & Repair

Stack sauna after training to relax sore muscles, accelerate repair, and trigger heat-shock proteins for faster gains.

Evening

### Detox & De-Stress

End the day with a calming session to drop cortisol, unlock deeper sleep, and reset your nervous system before bed.

## Is Infrared Sauna Right for You?

Infrared sauna is for almost everyone — here's how to tell if it's a fit for you.

### This IS for you if…

- You feel toxic, puffy, or sluggish and want a real detox reset
- You're chasing better skin, sleep, and stress recovery
- You're an athlete or active mover wanting faster post-workout recovery
- You're a busy professional with chronic tension and overstimulation
- You want a calorie burn that feels relaxing, not punishing
- You love biohacking — and want to stack sauna with cryo, red light, and compression

### This is NOT for you if…

- You're pregnant or nursing (without doctor approval)
- You have uncontrolled high blood pressure or recent heart issues
- You're severely dehydrated or have heat sensitivity
- You have an open wound or active skin infection
- You're under 14 (or under 18 without parental consent)

## What to Expect

Your first visit, start to finish — about 45–55 minutes total.

1

### Before Your Visit

Wear breathable workout clothes or use a provided robe and towel. Hydrate well — sip water before you arrive. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.

2

### Step Into Your Private Suite

We'll walk you into your private full-spectrum infrared sauna cabin, set your ideal temperature and chromotherapy lighting, and start the timer.

3

### Relax for 30–45 Minutes

Read, meditate, stretch, or listen to music. You'll begin to sweat within 10–15 minutes as infrared warms you from the inside out. Step out for water any time.

4

### Walk Out Glowing

Cool down gradually, rinse off if you'd like, and hydrate with our complimentary water. Most guests feel clear-headed, relaxed, and noticeably energized for hours.
